It looks like seeing Monique perform stand up comedy live not too long ago has 50 Cent inspired to ensure Mo’Nique has a comeback! 50 Cent took to his Instagram today to call out Oprah Winfrey & Tyler Perry for allegedly using their power to deter Mo’Nique's career. He wrote:
I’m sure Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry would not want to continue to allow there influence to damage @therealmoworldwide career and this has went on for way to long. So now would be a great time to apologize because i’m gonna put her back on. 🤔GLG🚦GreenLighGang 🎯I don’t miss! #bransoncognac
This comes after Monique claimed she was "whiteballed" from the industry in Hollywood by Oprah, Tyler Perry & Lee Daniels because she did not want to promote the movie "Precious" for free, of which she won an Oscar Award for. She publicly claimed she was not being paid equally as others. Thus, she claimed the trio stopped her from getting future roles.
Now, 50 Cent is stepping in with his TV franchise and multiple spin offs with plans to bring Mo’Nique back to your TV screens. Are you guys excited to see Mo’Nique on TV again?
