Trigger warning for all my animal lovers. Shelly Vaughn was arrested for felony Cruelty To Animals charges, Domestic Violence after she threw her ex's dog from the 7th floor balcony, killing his dog. Allegedly, she was drinking and using drugs Sunday morning. She started with throwing his keys then cellphone over the balcony. Then, he watched her throw his 3-year-old pug off the balcony as well!
After the incident, he pressed charges against his ex-girlfriend and filed a civil lawsuit against her as well.
