Good news. Page Six is reporting Rob Kardashian has decided to drop his assault lawsuit with his child's mother, Blac Chyna. The years long legal battle which included nearly all the Kardashian's rallying to support and provide "evidence" for rob, has now come to an end as Rob's attorney's have petitioned the courts to dismiss the case without prejudice, for the sake of their daughter. A judge agreed to his request. Rob told Page Six:
“My love for Dream far outweighs my desire to proceed with my claims against her mother in a public trial,” Kardashian told Page Six in an exclusive statement.
“Now that the court has ruled that there is sufficient evidence to warrant a jury trial on my claim for assault, for our daughter’s sake, I am dismissing the action and focusing on my co-parenting relationship with Chyna.”
Finally, lets hope the two of them can co-parent with a healthy relationship!
