Cardi B was just vindicated in court as a jury found Tasha K was libel for spreading made up false rumors about the rap star. Cardi B alleged Tasha K made up and spread rumors of Cardi b being a former prostitute, contracting an STD, and even took the stand claiming the allegations made Cardi B suicidal at the time.
TMZ is reporting the jury found the blogger Tasha K was libel after allegedly spreading false and unfabricated rumors and awarded Cardi 1.25 million in general damages and $250k for medical expenses.
Potential punitive damages will be determined at a later date the judge stated. Tasha K took to social media with a Tweet that read: "My Husband, Attorney’s, & I fought really hard. I want to thank them for their long hours and sleepless nights. Winos it’s only up from here. See y’all in a few days. Back to work."
