When the neighborhood comes out to protect their own! Brooklyn police released footage in search for the man seen groping a woman walking, punching her numerous times as she fought off his attack.
The attack happened Sunday just after 2 a.m. Police say the man, who has not been identified, followed the 26-year-old woman and grabbed her from behind. When she resisted and tried to fight back, the suspect is seen on video allegedly punching the woman so hard in the face that she falls to the ground. The man then hit her three times before casually walking. The victim was left with bruises and a swollen face.
Just 24 hours after the surveillance video went viral, video posted to Instagram by activist Mysonne appears to show the attacker laid out on the ground after getting beat up by some fellas in the neighborhood! Allegedly, the neighborhood found him before the police did and gave a little street justice.
In the video you see police speaking to the man and detaining him. Let's hope he's learned his lesson!
