This makes no sense! A mother was arrested in Vallejo on Saturday after leaving her 3-month-old baby in her car while she got her nails done!
A group of good Samaritans found the child sitting in a car seat in the backseat of a BMW when they alerted police. Officials stated all of the car's windows were rolled down, but temperatures were upwards of 81 degrees, even hotter in the car.
Selena Cook, 19, was arrested for child endangerment after spending about 30- 45 minutes inside the salon leaving the child unattended.
