Hard to feel sorry for a mistress who got paid millions in a settlement. Rachel Uchitel is most known for her part in the cheating scandal back in 2009 involving professional golfer Tiger Wood's. As his alleged mistress, she allegedly signed an NDA which paid her millions after their relationship was exposed to the media. The media frenzy embarrassed Woods wife at the time, and resulted in overwhelming backlash towards Tiger Woods as more and more woman came forward.
Uchitel is now complaining about financial issues after somehow blowing the $8 million dollar settlement she agreed to. TotalSportspro reported she stated:
“I’m not an idiot, I’m not a hooker, I’m not a prostitute,” Uchitel said. “I was and am a very smart girl and that’s why I negotiated $8 million, because I knew it was going to affect my life.”
She claims she was paid $5 million, then $1 million per year over the next three years. Uchitel claims that after the legal fees, then Woods attorney's reclaiming some of the money after she appeared on “Celebrity Rehab” in 2010. She claims Woods’ legal team demanded that she pay back the money yet she ultimately agreed to give up the additional $3 million she was owed.
Then, Uchitel appeared in HBO's "Tiger" documentary which she claims resulted in more threats from Woods attorney.
“If you get a job, I’ll come after your wages. If you get married, I’ll go after your joint bank account,” Uchitel says Holtz told her. “I will come after you for the rest of your life.”
Since then Uchitel has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
