Target Corp. is joining a growing list of retailers and restaurant chains offering educational assistance for its employees!
Target announced Wednesday that it plans to spend $200 million over the next four years to offer its employees free undergraduate and associate degree programs as well as certificates in business-oriented majors at more than 40 institutions. Such institutions including University of Arizona, University of Denver, and Morehouse College. Textbooks will also be free under the new incentive.
Per the announcement, employees at Target stores, distribution centers and headquarters locations in the United States will qualify for the program on their very first day of work!
