Chaos erupted in the courtroom Tuesday as Tevin Biles-Thomas, brother of Olympic gymnast Simone Biles, was cleared of a 2018 triple homicide.
The mother of one of the slain victims lunged at Biles-Thomas after the judge cleared him in a triple murder case. Biles-Thomas was charged with the three murders after a shooting at a New Year’s Eve party in Ohio. Two victims died of gunshot wounds at the scene, a third died at the hospital. One of the victims is actually Biles-Thomas cousin as well. The judge dismissed the case for lack of evidence, after the first trial ended in a mistrial.
