Marijuana enthusiast are not happy right now. Mayor London Breed announced the annual 4/20 celebration at Golden Gate Park is cancelled due to the Covid-19 crisis. Breed issued a stern warning enthusiast whom may visit Hippie Hill regardless of the Stay Home Order. She stated the city will be sterner in enforcing the Stay Home Order by barricading access to the area, with Officers patrolling the area ensuring people are not gathering.
