Video circulating online appears to show the moment the diners allegedly found a roach on their banana bread pudding. In the video you hear the man in disbelief that they found a roach on clear display in their desert, allegedly at Ruth's Chris Steak House in San Francisco. The video then pans to another man whom they claim works for the restaurant.

Ruth's Chris has yet to respond to the diners complaint. The Department of Health list Ruth's Chris Steak House heath score a 96 as of their last routine inspection in February 2019.
