Video uploaded to social media has gone viral after it shows a mother being arrested for disorderly conduct. Dyma Loving, the mother being arrested in the newly released body camera video, called police after a shot gun was pulled on her by her friends neighbor.
In the video, the ladies state they were leaving her friends home when the neighbor, Frank Tumm, 50, called them hookers. The ladies responded calling him a "fa**ot," and that is when Tumm allegedly reached down and pointed a shot gun at the ladies. Tumm denied he owned a weapon, police said. And a witness backed up his claim.
But a few minutes later, according to the report, the witness recanted and said Tumm did point a weapon at Loving.
When police arrived, while questioning the ladies, the officer got agitated with Loving's heightened emotions. The officer stated " calm down" and "I don't like your tone of voice." After repeatedly questioning the ladies, Loving asked to step away because she needed to call her children. She repeatedly stated she needed to talk to her children as the officer suddenly grabs her and threatens to arrest her for disorderly conduct. The officer then states she "needs to be Baker Acted" (placed on a psych hold) then moments later slam her into the fence before taking her down to arrest her.
Dyma Loving, the 26-year-old woman arrested, had a clean record before she was falsely arrested on disorderly conduct and resisting arrest charges the day of the incident.
The incident took place on March 5, in Miami Dade County. The video quickly went viral on social media eventually catching the eye of the police chief.
Today, it was announced that the arresting officer Alejandro Giraldo, has been suspended pending further investigation. Frank Tumm, the neighbor whom allegedly pulled out a gun, was arrested late Thursday night, more than a week after the incident. He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
