Since "Surviving R. Kelly" docu-series hit television screens, many viewers were left questioning why the allegations made in the documentary never resulted in charges. The docu-series showed the accounts of multiple women who had alleged R. Kelly sexually abused them by having sex with girls whom were under age, and abused the women by not feeding the women, refusing to let the leave, plus other mind control tactics. Now, R. Kelly is facing multiple sexual abuse charges after an attorney turned over to police, allegedly, a new video claiming to show R. Kelly engaging in sexual activity with a girl whom is claimed to be 14 years-old.
For the first time since the docu-series and these new allegations, R. Kelly sat down with Gayle King to dispute the allegations in the case. Kelly gets emotional when talking about the repercussions of the sexual assault allegations and how it affects his life. R. Kelly is currently charged with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse in four cases. The full interview is set to air on CBS This Morning on Wednesday. Watch below.
