This is insane. A Bay Area woman has been exposed for posing as a licensed pharmacist at Walgreen's in Fremont, San Jose and Milpitas. When she was hired, she used another license number from a person with a similar name. She was even promoted multiple times before getting caught. She had gotten away with it for 10 years and handed out more that 745 thousand prescriptions before she was caught! Allegedly, Walgreen's could not confirm that they requested or confirmed her license number. Now, Walgreen's could possibly lose their license due to the scam.
