This has to be heartbreaking for the police chiefs father and the victim. Darryl McAllister, the Union City Chief Of Police helped locate the attacker in the now viral video of a 71-year-old Sikh man who was attacked and kicked in Manteca, Ca. During their investigation he realized one of the assailants was his son.
