It looks like 50 Cent is facing another multi million dollar lawsuit. HipHopDX is allegedly suing 50 Cent for $3 million dollars after the rapper took to social media to brand the hip hop media website as "fake news."
HipHopDX is accusing 50 Cent of tarnishing their reputation by branding them "fake news" and "maliciously used his power and influence to falsely attack a small, independent media company for its unfavorable but entirely truthful content."
This all stemmed from an article written for HipHopDX in late June 2018, which exposed 50 Cents allegedly false claim to have sold the rights to his famous catchphrase "Get The Strap" for a million dollars.
The website claims their article is true and 50 Cent's retaliation labeling them "fake news" to his millions of followers has labeled the website “as a bogus news outlet that does not check its facts.”
