Gareon Conley is suing the woman who accused him of rape! Conley was drafted to the Oakland Raiders with the 24th pick, yet prior to the allegations the star running back from Ohio State was expected to be a first round pick. The rape allegations came weeks before the draft. When Conley's race case went before a grand jury, they decided not to indite.
When Conley was drafted, the rape allegations were heavily covered which ultimately drove his draft stock down. TMZ reports:
Conley also lays out his side of the incident ... saying Puscian had aggressively tried to have sex with him during the night in question, but he turned her down and she was embarrassed.
Conley says she lied to officials out of spite for rejecting her advances.
In the court docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Conley says Puscian is liable for "malicious criminal prosecution" ... and he's demanding a fortune.
