I'm sorry, but this woman's YouTube videos are weird and creepy. Nasim Aghdam has been identified as the female shooter responsible for shooting 4 people today at YouTube headquarters before turning the gun on her self.
Aghdam had a presence on YouTube yet months ago posted the above video complaining about content filters. In the video she says YouTube “discriminated and filtered” her content and continued saying “There is not equal growth opportunity on You Tube.”
She appeared angry at the company on her website, voicing her frustration over her YouTube page being demonetized. In Feb, YouTube created a new ad policy, demonetizing pages w 1000 subscribers or less.
Some outlets reported the woman was in a domestic dispute with her boyfriend and had driven up from San Diego before carrying out the attack. Aghdam had addresses in Riverside and San Diego.
Other news outlets claim the woman had no relation to the man shot during the attack and believe the attack was because of her anger towards YouTube's policy's.
