Corey Pujols, a 27 yr old ex-employee at a Tampa Dunkin' Donuts met with a judge for his sentencing after fatally striking a 77 yr old patron at his old job who used a racial slur while acting irate & erratic towards employees.
Pujols hit the man during an altercation which escalated when he asked a fellow employee to call the police in an effort to get the angry 77 yr old out of the restaurant.
Pujols has been convicted & will serve house arrest and contribute 400 hrs of community service as restitution.
