Sgt. Donnie Dinnell was in his patrol car when he encountered a meth dealer on the street.
Sadly, instead of arresting the suspect Sgt. Dinnell let the woman go in exchange for the drugs she was in possession of!
Sgt. Dinnell then got high off the supply while on his work shift and ended up running into a tree! He's now under arrest for a DUI.
