A 37 yr old Bronx man was arrested after being caught on camera smashing a bag full of feces into a woman's face inside the subway.
He even went as far as to wipe the remaining contents on the back of her head.
Apparently, he has 44 arrests on recent record for committing offenses against unsuspecting people on the street.
