A 61 year old Berkeley School District Employee, Anthony Orosco, was arrested for lewd conduct outside of a Berkeley elementary school.
The authorities were alerted of a man who had been "stalking" students and circling schools in the district & found the man in his car masturbating outside of Sylvia Mendez Elementary.
They also discovered a hunting knife, duct tape, gloves, and a bundle of zip ties inside his vehicle.
