41 yr old Franketa Taylor of Birmingham, Alabama was charged with a number of offenses including making fraudulent claims upon the government.
Taylor was arrested for uploading a fake or altered coronavirus test into the travel portal for clearance to travel to the U.S. Virgin Islands.
She is being held in the VI on $5,500 bond. There have been a number of people arrested in the territory for the same offense.
This is a lesson to ALL those people thinking they're going to create fake tests & fake vaccination cards in order to travel, you better think twice!
