San Francisco's Black Small Business Revolving Loan Fund gained an extra $2.5 million dollars in aid this week, officially taking the program total to $6.3 million. The program was created last year (mid-pandemic) to assist black business owners who were experiencing drastic affects to their finances & struggling to afford rental expenses in SF. African American small business owners in the city can now go to https://www.sfaacc.org/aaloanfund to apply for zero interest loans of up to $50,000.
San Mateo County has also put together some assistance for local restaurants, wineries & breweries totaling nearly $2.4 million dollars. Small food industry business owners in San Mateo County can now go to http://www.smcstrong.org/restaurantrelief to apply for up to $10,000 in grant money.
