Celebrity judge Greg Mathis is under investigation for assault... it's become the case of the spit heard round Detroit! After a hearty meal at a bar & grill in Detroit Mathis was made to wait for valet to return his car. Details on the time have not been clarified the party accusing Mathis of assault claims that he was made to wait 10-15 mins, Mathis insists that the wait was 40 mins. Either way when his Rolls Royce was returned Mathis became enraged and began shouting at the valet driver! The driver who has since pressed charges on Mathis says that the judge spit on him & "bragged about it". Judge Mathis has since denied the charges and says that he never spit at anyone.
