A group of transients were arrested for dumping 50 gallons of raw sewage into a storm drain near Santa Rosa Junior College. An RV near the school was housing 4 people who decided that tossing their human waste down the drain was the best thing to do while possessing heroin, 1,000 rounds of ammunition and a firearm on the vehicle. When the authorities arrived on the scene they found all of the illegal materials that were on the RV and put 3 of the RV residents in handcuffs. Gots to be more careful!
