Raisin City Elementary School superintendent Juan Sandoval is in hot water after having the school janitor put on a mask & carry a fake gun to "surprise" students during an active shooter drill. The students & teachers were terrified while this drill was going on. Banging was heard all throughout the halls while the drill was in session, some students were so scared that they were crying in corners. Numerous parents have complained and are looking for some type of action after this terrible incident.
