Someone out in Castro Valley has sticky fingers & way too much time on their hands... a 50 lb metal rooster was stolen and found in a Hayward back yard. The robbers have not been found or identified, but authorities have located the stolen property and returned it back to it's owners. How the hell did you even transport an 8-foot chicken? Smh... folks are way too bored!
