Ride share driver denies service to Bay Area man in wheelchair. Joshua Foster was trying to go to a friends birthday party and enjoy himself one night so he called a ride share, but when the driver showed up all Joshua heard was "Noooooooooooo"... the driver told him that he was unable to take him anywhere despite the convenience of Joshua's wheelchair. Foster wants people to know that it's not fair to discriminate against folks with disabilities, and that he and his peers simply want to be treated as equals.
