A 67 yr old Tennessee man was arrested for burglary after breaking into a home and being approached by the homeowner. The most awkward part of this situation has to be that the assailant was found sitting naked on the home owners couch eating ice cream & drinking juice. When approached 67 yr old James Wooten was startled and dropped his glass of juice! Wooten then stood up exposing his genitalia to the home owner. His bond is set at $5,000. Hopefully he's wearing pants in jail!
