The pictured man above has been harassing women through out the city of San Francisco. Identified as, Bill Jean Hobbs, has been accused of roaming the streets for months, targeting women. Chasing, touching and even kissing them. while there has not been much action from the city. So now the victims and the public are demanding he be stopped for good.
Described as being very tall, with characters that resemble the word "EVIL" tattooed on his fingers, with a shaved head and is covered in tattoos. If you see him please contact the local authorities.
