Previously, there were reports stating Morgan Wallen had not fulfilled his promise to donate $500,000 to the National Museum of African American Music in Nashville.
He promised to donate to Black music charities following his incident where he used the N-word back in January 2019.
Those reports are not true.
According to the Vice President of Brand and Partnership for the National Museum of African American Music he did fulfill his donation promise.
He made his donation and toured the location.
In a statement the museum said Morgan gave them the opportunity to, share our mission with Morgan as he was eager to learn more in a sincere effort to grow.
