Jussie Smollett was convicted last year of orchestrating a fake hate crime against himself in 2019
He is scheduled to be sentenced on March 10th on five counts of disorderly conduct.
The disorderly conduct charges are class 4 felonies and carry a sentence of up to 3 years in prison.
Jussie remains free on bond while awaiting sentencing.
Experts believe he won't serve anytime behind bars and instead will likely be placed on probation and ordered to perform community service.
