'Tis the season for Christmas movies!
Kirk Franklin is getting in on the wonderful season of Christmas movies on Lifetime.
It's called, Kirk Franklin's A Gospel Christmas.
It airs December 4 and stars Demetria McKinney, Chaz Lamar Shepherd and Kirk Franklin.
The movie is about Demetria McKinney's character who is a young assistant pastor who gets assigned to be a lead pastor at a new church one month before Christmas. She also has to get the choir ready to open the town's annual Winter Jamboree.
