Mica Beals, who appeared in 'Parks and Recreation', has been charged with vandalizing the George Floyd Statue.
Mica was caught on video throwing silver paint on the statue and was arrested.
After the incident occurred on October 3, NY Governor tweeted, "This act of cowardice and hate is reprehensible."
Mica Beal will have to appear in court on November 1 to face this charge.
