While the recommended '6-foot rule' for social distancing can help prevent the spread of COVID-19, it can't keep you fully protected indoors, according to a new study.
Researchers found that in indoor spaces without sufficient ventilation or airflow, 6 feet is no different than 60 feet over time.
But that doesn't mean you shouldn't keep your distance all the same - six feet can still "substantially reduce" the risk of transmission.
