In her promo video Saweetie's futuristic mirror talks to her and says, hello, I love those Quay glasses on you.
The mirror pronounces Quay like 'Kway', similar to 'Quavo'.
Saweetie quickly corrects the mirror and says, girl this Quay (and pronounces the word like 'key')
Apparently we have all been mispronouncing the word because it really is pronounced as 'key.'
