Being fit doesn't just automatically happen, even for Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
The wrestler turned actor is preparing for his next film, "Black Adam" and shared with his fans via Instagram what his diet consists of to ensure he's in the best shape for the role.
He stated that his diet is pretty strict and is a lot of "conditioning" and that his food is "weighed & measured".

Whole eggs and egg whites
Beef tenderloin
Oatmeal & bluberries
Ezekiel English Muffins with smart butter
Powered greens & fiber drink
