The iconic weed smoker was on Howard Stern’s radio show along with fellow smoker, Seth Rogan when he discussed his employee’s “impeccable” timing when it comes to making sure the rapper is always accommodated when in need of a smoke.

“That motherf—ker is like Lurch from the Addams Family. ‘You rang?'” laughed Snoop. “He knows how to gauge the look on someone’s face when it seems like they want a blunt and if they do, he gives you one,” agreed Rogan.
