Oakland's Mayor Schaff elected to second term

Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf has been re-elected to a second term. 

Schaaf has been both controversial and loved by different communities in the city & even ended up in a national sparring match with President Trump over immigration.

Schaaf won 55.98 percent of the vote, beating 9 others who were seeking to be mayor including a community favorite and a local attorney. 

The next two with the largest point percentages were Cat Brooks who had 22.78 percent of the votes, and Pamela Price who rounded up the top three with 12.62 percent of the votes.
