President Trump is reportedly going to create an executive action today that will undo the current administration policy of separating parents from their children after illegally crossing the border from Mexico into the United States.
"I’ll be signing something in a little while that’s going to do that," Trump told reporters at the White House. "I’ll be doing something that’s somewhat preemptive and ultimately will be matched by legislation I’m sure."
The news comes in front of a backdrop of potential legislation that will be voted on by the House of Representatives tomorrow.
That legislation would reunite parents with their children but also includes some border security measures as well.
