When you're building a basketball dynasty, you're sure to make a few celebrity fans along the way. And that case is no different for Golden State Warriors head coach, Steve Kerr.

After their third NBA Championship in 4 years against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Steve Kerr said that he got a lot of congratulatory texts. On Thursday coach Kerr appeared on a sports radio show and said that there was one message that really stood out to him saying,

"I don't want to be a name-dropper, but I guess the one that kind of stood out was Tiger Woods," Kerr said. "That was pretty cool. He and I connected last year over our back problems, so we've kind of stayed in touch."

If you remember Coach Kerr had back surgery in 2015,  and missed a good amount of the 2016-2017 season, due to complications. That was when interim coach Luke Walton stepped in and helped lead . the team to their historic record of 73 wins and only 9 losses.

Tiger Woods has also had back problems, with three back surgeries throughout his career.
