Apple just scored a major deal with Oprah to bring original content to its streaming platform.
Oprah who is chairwoman and CEO for her network OWN will still stay in that role but she will also now be apple to do more in front of the camera roles with Apple! The new deal between the two power houses will also allow the Oprah to do film, TV, applications, books or any other content that would fit on the Apple platform, except podcasts, Super Soul Sunday which Winfrey has her own platform for and is also currently #1 on Apple podcasts!
Oprah is a perfect fit for the direction Apple is headed.
