Video Shows Oakland Zoo Bird's Recovery After Storm Causes 6 to Escape

The Oakland Zoo suffered another setback caused by these Bay Area Storms. This time, 6 birds escaped from the zoo after the storm caused a tree to fall on top of the Zoo's African Savanna aviary, tearing a hole big enough to allow the birds to escape. The Oakland Zoo shared a video on its Twitter account of them catching "Deauville" 1 of the 6 missing Pied Crow birds in a nearby neighborhood. 3 of the 6 birds, superb starlings, flew back to the zoo on their own, and "Oliver" the vulture was found in nearby trees and was lured down with some 'tasty treats'. Of the 6 originally missing birds, 1 pied crow, 'Diego' is still missing. Check out the Twitter post via the Oakland Zoo Down Below.
