Meet Rhiannon Jones Grauate of Sonoma State, member of the LGBTQ community and Oakland's new Queen. She is the first to hold the title in the past 10 years. The catch is that she isn't from Oakland! Based on the qualifications, the person applying must live in or work in Oakland and she works for Southwest Airlines in OAKLAND!
