Man Arrested in Connection to Antioch Gas Station Shooting that Killed One

A fight that turned into a shoot out at an Antioch gas station between the store clerk (James Williams) and a suspect (Ronald Jackson Jr) ended with the store clerk dead and the suspect NOT charged for murder. Jackson entered the store with a gun demanding money and other items, that's when Williams pulled out a gun of his own, firing at Jackson who ran out of the store and fell after being struck. Williams then left the store and pursued Jackson while continuing to shoot at him, Jackson wounded on the ground returned fired killing Williams in self defense. What would you have done?
