Teen Who Crashed into Car Killing Parents of Twins Might Have Been Racing

Redwood city Police Chief said the lost of Greg and Grace has left the city in shock after the couple was killed headed home by a speeding car. Footage of the moments leading up to the crash show two cars speeding down the street as Greg and his wife are making a left to their street and is struck by one of the speeding cars.
