Catalytic Convertor thieves have been winning for the past few years for stealing and selling the parts for its precious gold that is found inside. This past Sunday, California Governor, Gavin Newsom signed legislation to crack down on the thieves. It will now be illegal for anyone to buy these parts from anyone other than its original owner or a licensed dealer.
