Fire Investigators Say Arson is the Cause Behind Grass Fire in Oakland

Oakland resident Joanna Roberts, is the recent victim of arson. Part of her home was burned down last week due to what investigators initially thought was a wild grass fire. After investigating, Fire Fighters conclude that the fire was set intentionally. Joanna was renting the now burned part of her home out to a young couple who had just gotten engaged. They have now up to 10's of thousands of dollars worth of clothes and other important items in that fire. Ms. Roberts expresses her frustration with Caltrans saying " I've been complaining to them for the past 18 months about the dry grass behind my home." Full story down below.
