San Francisco's Japan Town to get $25M Renovation Thanks to State Funding

Peace Plaza in San Francisco's Japan Town received extra funding from the state of California to ensure that renovations in the gathering area are completed the way community members desire. Peace Plaza is known to the community as a place of culture and acknowledgment of the past. The $25 Million that was allocated for the project came from San Francisco's 2020 Health and Recovery fund. SFO's Japan Town is the first across the country and is the heart of San Francisco for Japanese residents. Peep the story down below.
